wa77 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, subject to returning any undisputed account balance to the registered payment method.

wa77 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the wa77 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically reflected in your wa77 account within a few minutes. Bank transfer timelines may vary depending on the processing schedule of the issuing bank. Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. wa77 targets processing times of fifteen to thirty minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals. wa77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published at the time the promotion is made available. The following general bonus terms apply platform-wide:

• Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiple will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Game contribution rates: Different game types contribute at different rates toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%. By placing any bet or participating in any game on the wa77 platform, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules and the following general betting conditions:

• Finality of bets: Once a bet has been confirmed by the wa77 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. wa77 will not accept requests to void confirmed bets except in circumstances where a clear technical error is identified by the platform.

wa77 actively monitors account activity for indicators of fraudulent or prohibited behaviour. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, wa77 may place a hold on the relevant account pending investigation, without prior notice to the account holder.

All content on the wa77 platform — including but not limited to the wa77 brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of wa77 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wa77 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, publish, or redistribute any wa77 content without prior written consent.
• Use the wa77 brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any commercial context.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the wa77 platform.
• Create derivative works based on wa77 platform content or software.

Any unauthorised use of wa77 intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wa77 excludes all liability for any losses or damages — direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential — arising from your use of the wa77 platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses of any kind incurred while using the wa77 platform.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or network interruptions that prevent access to the platform or result in the loss of an active bet or game session.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or mobile wallet providers.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access occurred due to the player's failure to secure their login credentials.
• Any inaccuracy or delay in the publication of odds or game results that does not amount to a manifest error as defined in Section 6.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. Players may close their wa77 account by submitting a written request to the wa77 support team. Upon account closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

wa77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Account activity that indicates collusion, use of automated betting tools, or exploitation of platform errors.
• Failure to meet minimum age requirements upon KYC verification.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requiring the restriction or closure of the account.

In cases where an account is closed due to prohibited conduct, wa77 reserves the right to forfeit the balance held in that account. In all other cases of wa77-initiated closure, any verified balance will be returned.

wa77 reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revisions become effective upon publication on this page. Where changes are material — for example, changes to bonus terms, withdrawal conditions, or account eligibility — wa77 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
